LIMITED WARRANTY

If this product should prove defective in workmanship or material during the period of 1 year from the date of original purchase at retail, either the Seller or Engineering Innovations will replace the same. SUCH REPLACEMENT SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER AND THERE SHALL BE NO LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR OR SELLER FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OR THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT.

Some states of the United States do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state in the United States and Puerto Rico.
